           [摘要]  目的 通过动态脑网络特征分析的方法探索2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus, T2DM)认知功能正常患者的自发神经
           活动改变。材料与方法 本研究前瞻性纳入 39名认知功能正常的 T2DM 患者及年龄、性别、文化程度与 T2DM 患者相匹配的同
           等数量的健康对照者,两组患者均行 3.0 T静息态脑功能磁共振扫描。图像经预处理后,使用 GIFT工具包进行动态脑网络分析,
           提取动态功能连接指标并比较组间差异,并分析以上指标与 T2DM 患者临床指标的相关性。结果 与对照组相比,T2DM 患者
           在 state5 中的平均滞留时间和时间分数显著高于健康对照组(P=0.014、0.039),并且初级视觉网络和突显网络的功能连接显著
           升高(P=0.027),空间视觉网络和基底节网络的功能连接显著降低(P=0.044),然而上述动态脑功能指标与空腹血糖值等临床
           指标无显著相关性(P 均>0.05)。结论 认知功能正常 T2DM 患者的动态脑功能连接模式以及视觉相关网络的动态功能连接存
           在异常改变,这为理解T2DM相关神经病理机制提供了一定的借鉴意义。

           Abstract  Objective:  To  explore  the  changes  of  spontaneous  neural  activity  in  type  2  diabetes  mellitus  (T2DM)  patients  without
           cognitive impairment based on dynamic functional network connectivity (dFNC) analysis. Materials and Methods: Thirty-nine T2DM
           patients without cognitive impairment and 39 age, sex and education matched healthy controls were included in this study. Both groups
           underwent resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) scan in a 3.0 T MRI scanner. After being preprocessed, the
           functional  images  were  further  managed  using  GIFT  package  to  perform  dFNC  analyzing  and  statistical  comparisons.  Correlations
           between  measurements  of  dFNC  and  clinical  characteristics  were  also  investigated.  Results:  T2DM  patients  had  significantly  higher
           mean dewell time (P=0.014) and fraction time (P=0.039) in state5, and significantly higher functional connectivity between the primary
           visual network and the salient network (P=0.027), and significantly lower functional connections in the visuospatial network and the
           basal  ganglia  network  (all  P=0.044).  However,  the  aforementioned  dynamic  brain  function  indicators  show  no  significant  correlation
           with clinical indicators such as fasting blood glucose levels (all P>0.05). Conclusions: There were abnormal changes in dFNC patterns
           and connectivity of vision-related networks in T2DM patients without cognitive impairment, which might provide more information to
           help understand neuropathological mechanism in diabetic brains.
